S.N.A.C The Spay/Neuter Alliance & Clinic offers low cost spay & neuter procedures and provides free pet transportation from various pickup points to their clinic in Ridgeland, S.C. For individuals who need additional financial assistance to have a pet spayed or neutered, Bryan Animal Caregivers also has spay/neuter vouchers to be used at S.N.A.C.
