INSTRUCTIONS FOR SPAY/NEUTER CERTIFICATES:

1.     The appointment for the spay/neuter surgery MUST be scheduled in advance.
        Call the veterinary office to schedule the appointment and to find out pre-surgery instructions.

2.      The following vaccinations are required by the veterinary hospitals.
         Proof of the vaccinations must be shown when the cat or dog is brought to the hospital or the
         vaccinations will be given at the veterinary office at your cost.

        Dogs – rabies, bordetella
        Cats – rabies

3.      Pre-surgical blood work and/or pain medication may be recommended.
         Please discuss with the veterinary office prior to the procedure. These procedures are at your cost.
